ISSO by SOF Olympiad Exam details 2022-23

Science Olympiad Foundation’s (SOF) International Social Study Olympiad (ISSO) tests the skills of students in the field of Social Studies. The test has an objective of testing the knowledge of the students in the fields of History, Geography, Politics and Economics.

ISSO is an annual examination that is for the students of Class 3 to 10. CBSE, ICSE and other state board syllabi are followed while drafting the test paper.

ISSO Dates 2022-23

DATE ONE – 22^nd December 2022
DATE TWO – 24^th January 2023

Any one date can be selected by the Schools to conduct ISSO in their campus.

Section-2 Achievers Section: Higher Order Thinking questions based on the syllabus as per Social Studies section-1.

For Class 6 to 8:

Section-1 History: Syllabus as per History section of Textbook.

Section-2 Geography: Syllabus as per the Geography section of Textbook.

Section-3 Social and Political Life: Syllabus as per the Political science section of the Textbook.

Section-4 Achievers Section: Higher Order Thinking Skills as per the section 1,2,3.

For Class 9 & 10:

Section-1 History: Selected topics from the History textbook.

Section-2 Geography: Selected topics from the Geography textbook.

Section-3 Political Science: Selected topics from the Political Science textbook.

Section-4 Economics: Selected topics from the Economics textbook.
